In the case of this little house, the limits imposed by state and local laws (in addition to the physical limits of the lot, the preexisting...) functioned as a stimulus for an articulated typological study hard to predict, among all the elements, the solar orientation and the needs of the clients forced to compare different distribution models for several weeks...

A second level of study focused on achieving the best solution, taking into account structural, functional and technological requirements, despite the small scale of intervention, the project had to combine different know-how and skills to achieve the desired balance (a balance possible), dominating at any time the complexity of the design process.
